This 6-week program parallels a course developed at the UCSD Center for Mindfulness originally developed for the US Olympic BMX team. Brain scans revealed the training changed their brains to have higher focus under stress and more resilience...

While playing professional basketball in Asia for five years, Keith Jensen saw first-hand how the stress of performing on a big stage impacted his ability to be present and happy. He used mindfulness to gain mastery over his game, eventually leading the league in three-point field goal percentage.
After retiring from his career overseas, Keith was trained to teach a course called mPEAK (mindfulness-based Performance Enhancing Awareness and Knowledge), developed at UCSD's Center for Mindfulness. He then took the principles of this program to athletes of all levels, from youth to professionals, as well as business professionals.
Now into its eighth year, The Mental Skills Dojo has built a mindfulness and embodiment curriculum to support people of all ages, lifestyles, and backgrounds in boosting energy, improving performance, and reaching personal goals!
